Es posible superar...!!!
La ubicación. Buena parte del personal. El de restaurant MBien. Especialmente destaco Alexi. La limpieza de la habitación M B El regalito que nos dieron.
Que el personal de administración se manejaba mintiendo con relación a la señal de internet, que NO tiene en las habitaciones y te entregaban contraseña. Hasta q un soberbio nos dijo, no hay. "Si quiere baje al hall de entrada, la rompió el viento" Demasiado sucios los vidrios de recepción. Faltó variedad de comida. Faltó agua caliente para ducharse, salen dos gotas.

Muy bien
La variedad en la alimentación es buena, la atención del personal excelente ya que no se limitan a dar buena atención si no que te dan información sobre la isla y tienen buena disposición ante cualquier inquietud, los show nocturnos muy entretenidos, la ubicación muy buena.. al frente ya está el mar, la posibilidad de ir al hotel arena blanca sin pagar de más es un plus.
La limpieza de las sabanas no es adecuada ya que de los cinco días que estuvimos aunque cambiaron las sabanas estas siempre olían a húmedo (deben mejorar el ciclo de secado). Por otro lado, en las habitaciones con vista al mar se escucha bastante ruido en las noches teniendo en cuenta que frente al hotel las personas se ubican con parlantes y musica a alto volumen (esto no es cuestión del hotel pero cabe mencionarlo).

También el personal nos advirtió que el precio de Booking era muy exagerado. Debemos comprar directo
La atención del personal
Que el administrador del hotrl decidiera, pese a nuestros argumentos de que 3 personas del staff del hotel y 2 huéspedes nos hablaran de 450.000 por persona, y en cualquier habitación, cobrarnos mucho más de lo correspondiente. Intentamos mostrarle su error, pero él muy terco mantuvo su aumento de tarifa irracional. Nos robó!!!! Cuídense.
